いよいよ日本も温室効果ガス排出削減に向けて動き出す。
遅い対応かもしれないが、長い目で見て必要なこと。
 
再生可能エネルギーは確かに高コストかもしれないが、それは地球温暖化対策費と考えて、電源の転換に努めていこう。
Japan is finally moving toward reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
It may be a slow response, but it is necessary in the long run.
