避難生活での注意：Precautions in evacuation life

マスクを外すときは、きれいな袋に入れて保管する。

うがいは流し台に近づいてゆっくり水を吐き出す。その後、流し台全体を水で洗い流す。

避難生活でなくても必要なことかもしれません。

目標を細分化して継続させやすくすることで「前頭極」も発達する、とのこと。

昨年4月の緊急事態宣言を覚えていますか?

こういうのがないと、国民は外出自粛しないでしょ!!

ニュースでは新型コロナの感染者数を毎日発表しているが、この「陽性率」を発表してほしい。

金～日曜日は検査数が減ることで、3日後に判明する感染者数が、曜日によって増減の偏りがあることはもうわかったので。

周庭さん逮捕後すぐ釈放：Miss Shu Tei released immediately after arrest

香港国家安全維持法よって、民主派活動家の周庭さんが逮捕。

翌日には釈放されたので、見せしめのようにも見えましたが、中国のパワハラの様にも見えます。

私達は見ているだけしか出来ないのでしょうか。せめて香港の人が移住を希望するなどしたら、優遇してあげたい。

北方領土の歴史認識：Historical recognition of the Northern Territories

ロシアとこれだけ歴史認識が違うならば、北方領土返還は難しいでしょう。ロシアは中立条約を破ったつもりもなく、「戦勝の結果」という認識なのだから。

どちらの言い分が正しいかはわからないが、この認識を共有できる物にしない限り、北方領土返還は実現出来ないと思います。

If the historical perception is so different from Russia, it will be difficult to return the Northern Territories. Russia does not intend to break the Neutrality Treaty, but recognizes it as a "result of victory."

I don't know which one is correct, but I don't think the return of the Northern Territories will be possible unless this perception is shared.
