使用済み核燃料の再処理工場：Spent nuclear fuel reprocessing plant

3兆円かけて作った、原発の使用済み核燃料の再処理工場。ここまで来たら、有効に活用するように進めなければならない。

 

活用するからには、原発やプルサーマル発電で安全に稼働させて火力発電の構成の比率を抑え、地球温暖化に対応する、というストーリーが必要ではないでしょうか。
